Welcome to 24 Hour Telephone Banking!
Western Reserve Bank’s 24 Hour Telephone Banking gives you
free access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply
by using your touch-tone phone. You can check your balances, get
a list of recent transactions, transfer funds, make a loan payment,
or receive a fax of your statement. It’s easy, it’s
convenient, and it’s free!
STEPS FOR USING 24 HOUR TELEPHONE BANKING:
STEP 1: Before you call, have
your account numbers handy. Call using a touch-tone phone:

Overseas 1-419-783-4556 (toll call)
STEP 2: Listen to the welcome
message, and choose one of the following:

| For Bank Information (location & hours;
special announcements) |
STEP 3: You will be asked to enter
your account number followed by the # sign, and account type (see
MENU). You will then
be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
NOTE: The first time you call, you should enter the
last 4 digits of your social security number as your PIN. The system
will respond “Your PIN has expired” and you will be
prompted to choose a new PIN number. Please remember your new PIN,
and keep it confidential.

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and # sign
After you are signed in to your account, you will hear your account
balance and last deposit. For additional information, press:

* Reminder: Transfers from savings and money market accounts are
limited by federal law to six (6) per month, including telephone
and automatic transfers. Please call us or refer to your account
disclosures for specific details.
