PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. From the first time user screen - what is my password?
     
    The password used for the enrollment process is the same password that you use for telephone banking.
     
  2. What if I've never used telephone banking or don't remember what my password is?
     
    Call us at 330-764-3131. Inform us that you don't know your telephone banking password and, after verification of your identity, we will reset your password for you.
     
  3. What is my security word?
     
    Your security word is a word that you will chose that will help us identify you when you when you call us with any questions or problems. It can be anything that you will easily remember.
     
  4. How many characters does my Access ID and Password need to be?
     
    Your Access ID must be a minimum of 6 characters. Your password must be between 6 and 17 characters in length and contain at least one letter and one number. Please note that access IDs and passwords are case sensitive so if you set it up in all caps, you must enter it as all caps when accessing the system.
      
  5. I've completed the first-time user setup but I can't remember my access ID and/or my password.
     
    Please call us at 330-764-3131 and after verifying your identity we can assist you by informing you of your access ID and/or resetting your password.
